Michael Dey

Michael Dey was named Executive Vice President of the Home Builders Association of Greenville in August 2007 and is responsible for day-to-day management of the 525-member trade organization. Michael came to the HBA of Greenville from Columbia where he was president of Michael Dey Public Relations, a government affairs consulting firm which represented numerous clients before local, state, and federal governments regarding a variety of issues including real estate development, environmental, healthcare, and recreation.   

 

Michelle Hood

Michelle Hood joined the HBA of Greenville in 2011 as Meetings & Events Planner responsible for coordination and execution of General Membership Meetings, Builder After Hours and the annual HBA of Greenville Golf Tournament. A native of Breaux Bridge, LA, Michelle graduated with honors from Converse College in Spartanburg, SC with a B.A. in Art Education and a Minor in Fine Art. Prior to joining the HBA of Greenville, Michelle was self-employed for five years as a fine artist.

 

 

Michelle Kish

Michelle Kish joined HBA of Greenville in 2011 as Administrative Assistant. A 1999 graduate of Newberry College, Michelle has extensive insurance industry experience in customer service and account management. She is a Certified Workers Compensation Advisor, a Certified Insurance Counselor, and in 2003 earned the Certified Professional Insurance Woman Designation. She has implemented and managed numerous workflow and office procedures initiatives.

Cathy Pendergrass

Cathy Pendergrass joined the HBA of Greenville in 2011 and handles all accounting functions. A 1991 graduate of Auburn University with a B.S. in Accounting, Cathy worked for 10 years as an accountant for APAC - Ballenger Paving Division in Taylors, SC and as a part-time accountant for South Carolina Tel-Con, Inc. in Greer, SC for eight years.
