Exhibitor Services

Displays Unlimited, LLC of Columbia SC has been named the Decorator and General Contractor for the 2012 Southern Home & Garden Shows. Exhibit space rental includes 8' back drape, 3' side drape and a company ID sign. All other equipment such as booth carpet, tables and chairs must be brought in by the exhibitor or can be rented from Displays Unlimited.

Electrical connections, audio/visual, telecommunications or other services must be ordered directly from the TD Convention Center.

Booth Equipment

Booth furnishings such as tables, skirting, chairs, carpet and other accessories can be rented from Displays Unlimited. The General Contractor also offers rental of booth display units. Electrical

All electrical services at TD Convention Center are handled exclusively by TD Convention Center. Electrical connections are available at an advance rate of $65 per 120 Volt receptacle. Orders received less than five (5) days prior to the first day of move-in will be charged at a higher, on-site rate. Click here to download the Electrical Services Advance Order Form.

Telecommunications / Internet Access

TD Convention Center is equipped with free wireless Internet capability throughout the entire building. Exhibitors requiring a telephone line or high-speed Internet access must order those services from TC Convention Center. Click here to download a Telecommunications Order Form.

Audio/Visual

PSAV Presentation Services is the preferred, on-site provider for any audio/visual or staging needs at TD Convention Center, offering a full line of projection, lighting, staging and audio equipment. Click here to download the Exhibitor Audio Visual Order Form.

Food & Beverage Sampling

SAVOR…Catering by SMG has the exclusive food and beverage distribution rights within the TD Convention Center. Exhibitors may distribute food and/or non-alcoholic beverage products with prior written authorization only. Click here to download a Food and Beverage Application. 

Additional Exhibitor Badges Order Form

Exhibitors receive a limited number of badges for booth personnel as follows: 1 booth, 6 badges; 2 booths, 12 badges; 3 booths, 18 badges; 4 booths, 24 badges; 5+ booths, 30 badges. Additional exhibitor badges are available for $4 each. If the number of badges listed above is adequate, you do not need to complete the bade order form. Bulk Ticket Order Form

Exhibitors receive 10 complimentary tickets for every 10 x 10 booth leased in the 2011 Fall Southern Home & Garden Show. Additional tickets are available to exhibitors at a discount. Click here to download the Bulk Ticket Order Form.
