Builder & Associate Membership - $505

ONLINE APPLICATION FOR HBA OF GREENVILLE BUILDER OR ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP

Builder: Any individual who is or has been engaged or employed by a firm/corporation (licensed by the State of SC) in the business of building or rebuilding homes, apartments, schools, commercial, industrial or other structures normally related and appurtenant to a community or in land development, and who subscribes to the Code of Ethics of this Association.

Associate: Any individual who is or has been engaged or employed by a firm/corporation in a trade, industry or profession related to building and not inconsistent with the objectives of this Association, and who subscribes to the Code of Ethics of this Association.

Affiliate Membership - $90

ONLINE APPLICATION FOR HBA OF GREENVILLE AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP

The HBA of Greenville now offers an Affiliate Membership whereby an individual who is an employee of a company that is a Builder or Associate member in good standing of the HBA of Greenville can join for $90. Affiliate Members also receive memberships in the HBA of SC and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), and are eligible to serve on HBA committees.

(Company must join as a builder or associate and be in good standing.)
