BUILDER MEMBERSHIP - $549 annually

Any individual that has been engaged or employed by a firm/corporation (licensed by the State of SC) in the business of building or rebuilding homes, apartments, schools, commercial, industrial or other structures normally related and appurtenant to a community or in land development, and who subscribes to the Code of Ethics of this Association.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP - $539 annually 

Any individual who is or has been engaged or employed by a firm/corporation in a trade, industry or profession related to building and not inconsistent with the objectives of this Association, and who subscribes to the Code of Ethics of this Association.

AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP  - $20 annually

The HBA of Greenville now offers an Affiliate Membership whereby an individual who is an employee of a company that is a Builder or Associate member in good standing of the HBA of Greenville can join for only $20 per year.

Affiliate members have all the rights and privileges of the member of record and may serve on committees, attend HBA events at the member price, and have access to information exclusively for the benefit of HBA members. Affiliate members also are listed on the HBA of Greenville website and in the association's annual membership directory.
