IN-LINE OR LINEAR BOOTH (10' WIDE X 10' DEEP)
In-line booths are set with 8' high back drape and 3' high side drape and have only one side open towards an aisle with at least one neighbor on each side. In-line, or linear, booths are 10' wide x 10' deep and are generally arranged in a series along a straight line.
Display materials may not obstruct or block sight lines of neighboring exhibits. No part of the display may exceed eight (8) feet in overall height. The maximum display height of eight (8) feet is permitted in the back one-half section only. In the front one-half section of the booth, no part of the display (including signs) may exceed four (4) feet' in overall height.
(Note: When three or more linear booths are used in combination as a single exhibit space, the four (4) foot height limitation is applied only to that portion of exhibit space which is within ten (10) feet of an adjoining booth.)
Signs are considered part of your booth display. Signs may not exceed the maximum height of eight (8) feet in the back one-half section and four (4) in the front one-half section of the booth. You may not hang signs from the ceiling.
IN-LINE CORNER BOOTH
In-line corner booths are set with 8' high back drape and 3' high side drape and are exposed to aisles on two (2) sides with an adjacent neighbor on only one side. The same height restrictions and signage rules for in-line booths apply to in-line corner booths.
A perimeter booth is an in-line booth that is located on the outermost aisles of the exhibit hall. Perimeter booths do not back up to another exhibit. The same height restrictions and signage rules for in-line booths apply to perimeter booths except that the maximum height allowed in the back one-half section is fifteen (15) feet.
Island booths are exposed to aisles on all four sides with no adjacent neighbors and must be at least 20' x 20'. Island booths do not receive the standard pipe and drape.
The entire cubic content of the space may be used to the maximum allowable height of fifteen (15) feet.
Signs hung from the ceiling directly over the exhibit are permitted in island booths that are 400 square feet or larger. (Please note, all signage suspended from the ceiling must be hung by the Show Director and the exhibitor is responsible for all expenses.)
Peninsula booths are set with ten (10) feet of 8' high back drape and five (5) feet of 3' high side drape on each side along the back wall of the space. Peninsula booths are exposed to aisles on three (3) sides and "back up" to an adjoining neighbor. Generally, peninsula booths are 10'x20'.
When a peninsula backs up to another booth, the maximum allowable height is four (4) feet within five (5) feet of each aisle, permitting adequate line of sight for the adjoining linear booth(s). Fifteen (15) feet is the maximum height allowance for the center portion (10') of the back wall.
Signs is considered part of the display and may not exceed the maximum height of fifteen (15) feet. You may not hang signs from the ceiling.
